Each visit feels special, and you’ll find it hard to resist the charming pull of indulging in just one more cupcake — or maybe a box to take home!
If you find yourself in Waco, a stop at Silos Baking Co. is an absolute must. Just remember, the only dilemma you might face is deciding which delicious treat to take home. Embrace the sweetness of life here!

The line appears long, but it goes pretty quickly. There's no menu until you get to the front. I would suggest putting menus as you walk in the building. Since I was rushed, I just bought a cookie and a cinnamon roll. Both were delicious.

As a solo traveler from Pittsburgh on a rare kid-free adventure, Silos Baking Company was pure magic from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the warm, buttery scent of fresh-baked happiness (seriously, can someone bottle that?). The staff was all smiles -- offering spot-on recommendations and genuinely taking time to chat with each customer like we were neighbors borrowing sugar. After making my selections (okay, maybe more than I planned), I grabbed a seat outside by the iconic silos. My favorite cupcake was the staff favorite "pumpkin spice", although this is a seasonal treat (which heavily influenced me to try it). All the other offerings looked amazing, especially the giant cinnamon rolls. I don't think there is a wrong choice here. Heads up - if you want coffee to go with your treat, you'll need to head just a few steps away to Magnolia Press. The line forms out the door pretty early, so you may want to stop there first. With plenty of space to sit, snack, and people-watch, it was the perfect little pause in my day. If you're visiting Waco, this spot is a must -- just don't blame me if you end up with a box instead of just one cupcake!

Yayyy for Cupcakes.Located in the Magnolia Homes Silos this quaint little shop serves up a variety of sweetness, the folks here provided friendly service and the selection was displayed in glass on counter. We had the Blueberry Crumble which true to the name provided the perfect blend of Crunch and moisture and Strawberry Creme that was loaded with creme that wasn't overly sweet. We sat outside by the Silos to enjoy this treat.

We came here visiting from California to tour Baylor. We spent two hours here in the silos area. I'm going to say this Oreo cupcake was the best cupcake I've ever had in my entire life. If I lived in Waco, I would be at this bakery often. My daughter had the lemon curd cupcake and loved it also. Such a fun place. Wish I would have tried more.

Highly recommend the oatmeal cookie pie, the buttercream filling was perfect and the cookies were moist and loaded with flavor.

Exceptional quality! The items you get here are high quality and delicious. The service is quick and well organized.

Such a cute little bakery. My friends and I came here on the way to Austin from Dallas and it's easy to get to off the highway. We were in and out. The cupcakes were so yummy and it is a cute little area with the gift shop too. It is super small, so you might have to wait outside if there's a line.

The silos cookies are a must. Perfect texture and flavor. It's sweet with a good amount of salt to give you a kick in flavor. Cupcakes: I'm torn with the sweetness amount because I'm don't have a sweet tooth. The icing is too sweet for me, but the base pumpkin cake is very nice. The croissant was just ok. It's not buttery enough.

As someone who used to watch Fixer Upper religiously, I had to make a day trip to Magnolia Market while I was in Texas visiting with a friend. I'm SO GLAD we did. The bakery is so cute!! And it's loaded with delicious treats. I got the Shiplap (vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting) and my friend got the cookies and cream cupcake (chocolate cupcake topped with cookies and cream frosting) and they were so cakey, moist, and soft, we couldn't stop raving about them. Also, they're HUGE. We had to rip off the bottom of the cupcake and slap it on top of the frosting to create a little cupcake sandwich. DELICIOUS. Jo knows what she's doing!!
